Restaurant
DAR has a sweet double meaning, in Moroccan it means “home” and in Spanish it means "to give" which is the most important act we believe in besides love.
Our cuisine is shaped by this philosophy and the culture of Al-Andaluz. However, our team also brings in experiences from around the world. When was the last time a meal made you feel at home? The menu at DAR is meant for sharing, with the idea that we all, regardless of our differences, come together to break bread.
Everything from the food to the drinks is plant based and we are proud to say that we work with small and organic farmers. Thus, the seasons dictate the menu changes for us.
